It’s now a medium dark roast and I can’t seem to find any light roasts beans from them on Amazon at all.

I love Kicking Horse coffee! Three Sisters and Cliffhanger are two of my favourites.
I was a little thrown off by your saying the name “Hola” evokes “something Hawaiian.” Hola is Spanish for “hello,” and though it may be similar to the Hawaiian greeting “Aloha,” it has no connection to Hawaii, that I know of. For me, the word “Hola” evokes great memories of Mexico.

I’ve tried the Starbucks Veranda and I really liked it. Lately I’ve been drinking Don Francisco Espresso (fine grind) in a 12 oz. can. It’s a little cheaper and I think I like it better than the Veranda blend.
