I plan on trying both. My wife keeps trying new coffee beans in search of the Holy Grail. We were blown away by expresso, so looking forward to Kyoto-style cold-drip coffee. Q: I love hot coffee, so is heating this cold brew expected to ruin or modify its flavor?
